Striving for Tobacco Free Communities......

The Wyoming Department of Health, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Division's Tobacco-Free Wyoming Communities Grant is a comprehensive program focused on tobacco control and prevention in Park County.  The department seeks to collaboratively address the issues of tobacco use by working to reduce exposure to secondhand smoke, counter pro-tobacco influence, help people quit, and eliminate health disparities.  Currently, Park County's adult smoking rate is at 17% (23% lover than the statewide Wyoming rate (22%) and 89% of restaurants in Park County are now smoke-free.
