Robotic Assisted Total Knee Replacement

Robotic-assisted total knee replacement

Precision you can feel:

The OMNIBotics™ robotic-assisted total knee replacement (TKR) procedure is for patients who experience debilitating pain caused by joint degeneration due to osteoarthritis that has progressed to all three compartments of the knee. In the procedure, the surgeon replaces damaged cartilage and bone with state-of-the=art implants. A successful procedure is dependent on many factors, including accurate fit and precise placement of the implant.

The OMNIBotics difference

OMNIBotics robotic-assisted total knee replacement is an innovative procedure that combines the computer and robotics to help surgeons place and fit implants with greater accuracy compared to conventional approaches. Each procedure is planned and executed to the specific anatomy of the patient. Patented OMNIBotics Bone Morphing™ technology generates and displays a 3D model of the patient’s anatomy, enabling the surgeon to plan implant fit and alignment before any bone resections are performed. Like a GPS, the system positions the robotic-assisted cutting guide, enabling the surgeon to prepare the bone to exact specifications and precisely place the implant. The system then allows the surgeon to verify that the plan has been followed to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient.

A difference you can feel

The precision of the OMNIBotics procedure results in an implant that can offer improved functionality, mobility and longevity, so that your new knee will work smoothly for years to come. It’s precision you can feel.

With benefits everyone can appreciate

With OMNIBotics, patients may experience a quicker recovery with less pain. And with OMNIBotics Bone Morphing™ technology, there is no need for costly and time-consuming MRI or CAT scans, reducing the potential risk of radiation exposure.
