COVID-19 Drive-thru Testing Closing at Cody Rodeo Grounds

COVID-19 Drive-thru Testing Closing at Cody Rodeo Grounds

Effective Tuesday, March 2, 2021, Cody Regional Health (CRH) will be closing our drive-thru COVID-19 testing offered weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Cody Stampede Rodeo grounds located at 519 W Yellowstone Ave, Cody, WY 82414.

Due to the pandemic and high rates of COVID-19, Cody Regional Health opened up this service in July 2020 to the community to aid in detecting and tracking infection rates.

“We are thankful we were able to offer our community drive-thru testing for over 7 months to provide an option to those in need of this service. Now that numbers have dropped significantly over the past month and with other options available to those in our area, our team believes it is safe to discontinue this service,” states Keith Ungrund, CRH Chief Clinical Officer.

People still in need of COVID-19 testing have options available to them still. Through the Wyoming Department of health, COVID-19 At-Home Testing is available for free through Vault Health. Also, Walgreens is now offering a drive-thru testing option as well.

Walk-in Respiratory Clinic Hours will remain the same at Cody Regional Health’s Cathcart Health Center. People with respiratory symptoms can call 307.578.2903 to make an appointment with one of their providers Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Walk-in Clinic Hours for non-respiratory patients are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
