- Initiated, guided, and directed the acquisition of a VariSource iX afterloader (2013) including vault design/renovation (2014)
- Initiated, guided, and directed the department from paper charting to the ARIA v10 eMR (2013)
- Initiated the Multidisciplinary unsealed source program for thyroid cancer with I-131
- Participate in the System Providence CPG Radiation Oncology focus group and eHR group

- Initiated ASTRO department standardization processes in 2016 for treatment planning
