  • Initiated and directed the startup of a frameless stereotactic radiosurgery program treating both intracranial and extracranial sites: lung, liver, prostate, spine, brain metastasis, trigeminal neuralgia, meningioma
  • Initiated, guided, and directed the acquisition of a VariSource iX afterloader (2013) including vault design/renovation (2014)
  • Initiated, guided, and directed the department from paper charting to the ARIA v10 eMR (2013)
  • Initiated the Multidisciplinary unsealed source program for thyroid cancer with I-131
  • Participate in the System Providence CPG Radiation Oncology focus group and eHR group
  • Representative/Member of the Providence St. Mary Cancer Committee (ACoS committee)
  • Initiated ASTRO department standardization processes in 2016 for treatment planning
  • Initiated ASTRO APEx accreditation process (In process)
