Nutritious Meals Prepared Daily

Cody Regional Health’s nutrition services is responsible for services provided in our cafeteria and cafés. Check out the wonderful food available in our cafeteria and café.

Buffalo Bistro

Our nutrition and clinical teams fire it up in the kitchen. Our dining experience, called UnitHost, allows our medical providers and registered dietitians to work closely together to order diet protocols for our patients and residents.

During orientation to the room, our nurses evaluate a patient’s ability to participate in the UnitHost program. Patients review the UnitHost menu located in the room (at their bedside table) to make their meal selections. Our team meets with the patient after admission to take their first meal order and daily thereafter.

Our team works closely to determine the best system to coordinate medicines with meals when required. The Unit Host will also directly communicate with nursing and coordinate meal delivery based on specific patient needs.

Menu selections are modified during preparation to meet the patient’s nutritional needs and the Kitchen Expediter reviews the completed meal prior to delivery for accuracy, appearance, temperature, quality and compliance with diet indicated on the ticket.

Our goal is to create an excellent dining experience for not only staff, but hospital patients and residents as well. We offer healthy and nutritious items and a friendly staff who puts our customers first.

Apothe Café

The Apothe Café offers high-quality coffee from local business, Cody Coffee Roasters. We value the relationships we have with our customers and are dedicated to creating high-quality drinks with a personal touch. Come join us at the Apothe Café, where the coffee is as excellent as our service.
