Cody Regional Health’s Patient Portal offers patients quick and private 24-hour access to their inpatient hospital personal health information. It is designed to give you a more active role in managing your health care.

From any device with internet access, you can view your medical records on this secure, password-protected website.

When you sign up for Cody Regional Health Patient Portal, you can:

  • View your medication list
  • See your visit history
  • Review lab and radiology results
  • View your appointments
  • Update personal information

We add helpful new features to the portal regularly, so check the portal often.


Your personal and medical information is kept confidential. Passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. All health data is stored on a secure server and managed with the protection of your information in mind. Only you—and those you authorize—will be able to see or gain access to the information in the portal. We will not share, sell, or lease your personal information with any outside party not affiliated with our organization.


Registration is quick, easy, and free. You begin your registration process at our West Park Hospital campus—be sure to provide a personal email address to use for the account at Registration/Patient Access. From there, patients can self-enroll online or stop at Health Information Management to create the account.


Enter the following information as it was given at registration:

  • First and last name, in all caps
  • Date of birth
  • Personal email address
  • Medical record number

Access to the medical record number is available at Cody Regional Health Health Information Management. Patients must sign paperwork in order to receive their medical record number per HIPAA regulations. Health Information Management is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
